Theme Day Thursday - Retro

Hi and welcome to Theme Day Thursday! If you would like to see more Retro projects, head over to My Cricut Craft Room to see what the other design team members have made!

Today's project is a birthday card for my mom! Her birthday is next week, and I figured this would be a perfect theme to make her a card with. :)

Items uesd:
  • A7 card base
  • patterned paper
  • blue, black and white cardstock
  • Nifty Fifty Cricut Cartridge
  • pop-dots
  • ATG adhesive
  • Memento Ink
  • PBD sentiment stamp
How to:
  • I started by cutting the Route 66 tag from Nifty Fifty at 4 inches
  • I cut the patterned paper down to fit the front of the card base. Before attaching, I used a distressing tool to distress the edges of the patterned paper as well as the edges of the card base.
  • I attached the tag to the card using pop-dots
  • Last, I added the sentiment stamp to the inside of the card
